Build up your team

As the owner of a small company, I'm responsible for many things, but as we grow, better and more experienced people are taking over my work. I want to create a work place for really creative, hard working, and passionate people. I also love running, and usually run two or three marathons a year. I'd actually love to do a lot more running though, if I had more free time!

I want to create a company that is fantastic for employees, where people create their own rules, for what is best for them.

Marketing

I studied Marketing. It was really great. I loved almost every moment of it. It has helped my so much in by career.

University of Cambridge

DELTA

This was a post-graduate diploma, and although it is issued by Cambridge, I didn't actually attend the university. Still, the DELTA is an extremely important qualification for all EFL teachers. Very challenging, but in the end, very beneficial.

University of Teesside

Politics

I loved studying at university. I studied Politics, Government, History, Philosophy, and even French. I keep an active interest in all these things, even now, almost 20 years later.
