- E-Commerce Development - OmniE
A drop-shipment e-commerce solution for the diving industry that is headquartered in Singapore and expanded to Malaysia. - Oversee the development phase, conceptualized the brand identity and UI/UX. - Introduce, market and sell the solution to customers and on-board customers onto the system. - Achieve and exceed the target of on-board users and partners by 60%. - Provide marketing advice to customers to help them increase sales through consultation and seminars, seeing an improvement of at least 10% of our users’ monthly sales.
- Event Participation - Asia Dive Expo (ADEX)
ADEX is the largest international dive trade show within Asia, receiving over 60,000 visitors over a span 4 days. - Managed and executed event campaigns for multiple participating entities within a budget of SGD $180,000. - Drive engagement and traffic to the event sales, leading to an increase of 5% gross profit. - Plan and manage pre-event, during event and post event marketing content. - Work with contractors and develop booth concepts and execution for over 32 booths.
